Current or proposed laws, including the Patriot Act, deny or remove these rights from American citizens. Help us insure these fundamental rights are sustained: we will ask the City of Santa Fe to pass a resolution guaranteeing the Bill of Rights will be upheld by our local officials. Join cities around the country in re-affirming the principles our forefathers died for.- freedom of speech, assembly, and privacy
- rights to counsel and due process in judicial proceedings
- protection from unreasonable search and seizure
